At SilverChef, we want your kitchen to be perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused kitchenware in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
